Registration & Check-In Procedures

In order to facilitate check-in we ask each pack to designate one adult as the contact person for registration. Each Scout can still register separately, but it is important that only one person per pack comes to the administration building to check in at the event. This helps streamline check-in and avoids parents waiting in long-lines.

The designated adult will bring the following with them in a folder labeled for your pack:

  • A roster of all the boys and adults attending from their pack.
  • Medical forms (in alphabetical order please.) for Scouts and adults.
  • Printouts or copies of the receipt that indicates the Parent/Scout has paid in advance.

This will be turned in to the administration staff at the start of the weekend and returned at the end of the weekend. We hope this will alleviate problems with lost or misfiled medical forms as well as speed up the check-in process.

The administration staff will in turn give the designated adult a list of the Scouts and what class they are taking, what time period they are in, and where it is. The adults will also receive a map of Camp Wanocksett for each parent/Scout couple. In addition a list of events and where they are located, and a schedule of events throughout the weekend.

Medical Forms

All Scouts and adults at Webelos Woods are required to complete PARTS A and B of the standard BSA medical form. You may download the MEDICAL FORM HERE.

Because Webelos Woods is less than 72 hours long, you are NOT required to have Part C filled in by your physician. However, if you have a medical form from the past summer's day camp, you may use it.

Personal Packing List

Use this list as a guide when preparing for your weekend. Campsites are not accessible to vehicles. You will need to carry your gear a short distance to your site. Please pack with this in mind.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with New Hampshire state regulations, and Nashua Valley Council policy, out-of-state firewood is prohibited at Camp Wanocksett. Please help us prevent the spread of invasive species. Leave your firewood at home.

Course Catalog

This year, we are offering classes for those boys transitioning through the old Webelos Program and those boys who are starting out with the new Adventure Program.  Many of the courses are comparable.  Showman is the only activity pin which does not have a current counterpart with the new program.  That being said, we will still offer Showman.  If a Webelos Scout in his second year wishes to take this, he can earn the activity pin- a Webelos Scout in their first year can also take this and they will receive a patch.

As for faculty, we are always looking for more help.  With more faculty, more boys get their first choice.   If you’re experienced and you’d like to share your knowledge with excited Webelos, drop a line to This email address is being protected from spambots.
