Important dates and deadlines for this year's Popcorn sale.

 

May 8 6:30 PM Popcorn sale kickoff - Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg & Leominster - 365 Lindell Ave., Leominster, MA
August 19 & 20  6:30 PM Popcorn information and help night - Nashua Valley Council Service Center. Remember to bring your Sales Goal Sheet to earn additional 1% commission
August 23 4:00 PM Show & Sell orders due to council service center before 4:00 PM
September 1   Sale begins
September 7   Show & Sell order distribution - Aubuchon Warehouse, Westminster, MA
October 1 4:00 PM Prize option decision due: Keller prizes or Scout Shop gift cards.
October 11 4:00 PM 50% of Show & Sell money due to council service center before 4:00 PM
November 1 4:00 PM Take order and prize orders due to council service center before 4:00 PM
November 2 9-11:30 AM Show & Sell product returned to council service center. (This is the only time product returns will be taken) 3 packs of Unbelievable Butter may not be returned. Single, sealed units will be accepted.
November 16   Take order distribution - Aubuchon Warehouse, Westminster, MA
December 6 4:00 PM All money due to council service center by 4:00 PM
