To register for Cub Scout Day Camp please complete the registration form. All information must be completed for the registration to be processed. Omitting information will delay your son's registration.
- Complete Contact Information: This information is used by the Council office staff to contact you in the event that there is a problem with your registration. Complete, accurate information will assist us in serving you better. All information will be used for camp related correspondence only.
- What Grade is this scout in: Check the box for the grade your son will ENTERING IN SEPTEMBER. This will enable us to place your son in a den with boys of the same age.
- Choose Your Week: Pay close attention to the week you select. Dates are NOT the same as last year. You MAY register for more than one week.
- Check the appropriate box if your son will participate in the evening activities for their age group. Evening activities are age specific. Register for ONLY one.
- Return the registration form with payment in full as soon as possible. Registering early will help ensure that you get the week you requested. Please have a second week in mind in case we cannot accommodate your first choice. Mail forms to: Nashua Valley Council, BSA, 1980 Lunenburg Rd. Lancaster, MA 01523.
- Complete the medical form and return it to the council office by June 25, 2010. Boys will not be able to participate in most camp activities without a completed medical form. Returning the medical form early allows time to resolve any problems with the form before camp.
- You will receive a confirmation notice that will confirm your week and will include a bus schedule , packing list and additional information.
- Representatives from Camp Split Rock will visit each pack during the Spring. You will have the opportunity to register for camp during this visit. Contact your Cub Master for the specific date of your pack's visit.
Refund Policy
Early registration is strongly encouraged. Refunds will be issued only through a written request to the Council Service Center at the discretion of the Scout Executive. Refunds cannot be issued from the camp office. Registrations may be transferred to a different camp session if space allows.
No-Shows/Dismissals
Parents are requested to contact the camp or the Council Service Center in the event that your son will not be able to attend camp for one or more days. The camp staff will not release a boy into the custody of any person except the parent or legal guardians whose names appear on the camp medical form without written, notorized authorization from the parent or legal guardian.
Nashua Valley Council Camps comply with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105 CMR 430) and are licensed by the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health
