Q: WHAT THE HECK IS A DEN GUIDE? A Den Guide is someone who volunteers their time to spend a week (or more) at Camp Split Rock helping out with our dens Q: WHO CAN BE A DEN GUIDE? Any registered adult within a Pack, Troop, Crew or Post in Nashua Valley Council and over the age of 18 Q: WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
Q: WHEN CAN I DO THIS? Any week that camp is in session
Q: CAN I BE A DEN GUIDE FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK? Of course. Q: WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THIS?
Q: HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST ME ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in fact we will even give you a discount on your sons camp fee if you choose to be a Den Guide – camp normally costs $215 but as a Den Guide your son will be able to attend camp for only $165. You also will receive a 2009 Patch Q: THIS ALL SOUNDS GREAT BUT I DON’T KNOW IF I HAVE THE RIGHT TRAINING
Q: DO I HAVE TO ATTEND BOTH TRAINING SESSIONS? NO you do not have to attend both but it is required that you do attend one or the other. Arrangements need to be made ahead of time if you cannot make it to the training session Q: THIS SOUNDS GREAT WHERE DO I SIGN UP?
